• Job summary :
Coordinates and controls activities pertaining to contracts preparation and related documentation. Reviews all contracts / agreements to ensure full conformity with specified company standards. Assists in preparation of contracts packages. Coordinates between LM department, other KNPC departments / refineries and contractors. Participates in progress review meetings.

Knowledge of Refinery Processes especially for KNPC Refineries (Integration, Limitations & Capabilities).

Assists and supports Senior Engineer in all activities of Short Term Planning, which include preparation of the Global Short-Term Plan through data gathering, developing the simulation scenarios, running the LP Model and preparing the reports; executes LP model simulation for evaluating the profitability and feasibility of short-term opportunities; executes back casting process and identifies variances between actual & planned performance, along with the corresponding root causes.

26. CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (MARINE)
The Kuwait National Petroleum Company is the national oil refining company of Kuwait. Established in October 1960, KNPC handles the responsibility of oil refining, gas liquefaction, and distribution of petroleum goods within the local market urgently needs qualified personnel complying to the below conditions:
Should possess adequate experience and knowledge of marine works, its steel structures, oil refineries, etc. and shall supervise and arrange for their execution as per drawings, international standards and KNPC specifications but not limited to the followings :
1. Foundations for equipment, marine works, structure, piling structural steel work, concrete, diving welding, etc.
2. Civil works for building, etc.
3. Drainage system, roads, dikes, etc.

5. Fire proofing.
